I've got some in the freezer - and recently got a sample of the protein glue for dairy as well. Can be used to make gnocchi out of just ricotta cheese with no starch binders. Trying to think of other things to try with it.
One of the first things I want to try with the meat transglutaminase is shrimp balls with chicken skin glued to them - deep fried!
