Picked up some nice 30 day old aged beef ribeyes. Thanks to Lawn Ranger, marinating baby portabellos in Italian Dressing.[p]CWM

Car Wash Mike,[p]Went home for lunch and found that my latest order from Hawgeyes had arrived. I suspect that since I have been Dizzy Pigless for the last month or two that that whatever I have tonight will be coated with Dizzy Pig goodness. I can't wait.[p]Brews,
Matt.[p]

Car Wash Mike,
I was supposed to attend a dinner at the University Presidents home tonight, but unfortunatelymy wife has fallen ill and I'm going to be forced to stay at home and prepare something on the Egg. Shucks![p]I may just do burgers on onion rolls.[p]Cheers!

Car Wash Mike,
I'm gonna Trex me and the family some 1 1/2" lamb chops. I guess I don't need my gasket to control the temp on that... LOL Joe

Smokin Joe,[p]That one caught me off guard. LOL also.[p]CWM

Lawn Ranger,[p]Hope she feels better, you're not making her varnish those fine tools are you?
Sound good to me.[p]Mike

South O,[p]It is hard to keep a close inventory on those rubs. You think you are alright then the next thing. You are panic stricten expecting NB to bail us out. Which he usually does.[p]Mike

Car Wash Mike,
I just threw a pork tenderloin into this tasty tandoori marinade Qfan gave me. The marinade tasted so good on my finger I had to throw something in there right away. Then, I figger what better with a tandoori t-loin than Old Dave's naan bread, which is gonna go in the mixer in about an hour.[p]We need some veggies though, and I'll have to improvise there. [p]The ribeyes sound fantastic. Dang I love beef.
Happy cookn mang! Cold and windy here, but not enough to keep me inside. Oh...and look! It's beer thirty!
Heee

Car Wash Mike,
Nope, no tool duty for Mama....she rarely enters my shop....unless it's to tell me that I'm not spending enough time with her (big smile). She's been real understanding with this Lawn Ranger stuff.[p]I think she'll pull through. She fought it off as long as she could and now finally has what knocked me down a couple of weeks ago. Gotta go now to a parent/teacher conference.[p]Kiss the girls.[p]Mike [p]

Nature Boy,
HOw do you think that marinade will do on wings, NB? Maybe we should try it on on Saturday. The Naan too![p]Brett

The Virginian,
if its that yogurt marinade, ive done it on spatchcocked chickens before. remove the skin and put some slashes in the breast and thighs and marinate. my recipe is similar, but i think it had some garam masala in it. would definately go good on thighs
fukahwee maineyou can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it -
Car Wash Mike,
Chicken breasts beat thin and then marinated in Italian dressing - gooooood stuff!
Then tomorrow a 7+ pound pork butt is going on just for the sake of having pulled pork in the freezer - I went out yesterday to grab a package of p/p to make that black bean soup recipe posted this weekend only to find I didn't have any in reserve! Shame on me! A guy has to have some p/p on hand if he wants it any old time!

RRP,
That chicken is good stuff. From your post and others, man can not have enough eggs or pulled pork on hand.
I cook a boston butt every now and then to make sure I still can.[p]Mike
