happy Easter everyone, I am doing my first crown rack of lamb for easter, was going to rub it down with some garlic, black pepper and salt (maybe some parsley for colour) and I was hoping to serve with a killer mustard sauce...anyone have any ideas or recipes. I have an old sauce recipe I use for pulled pork that I could use in a pinch but was hoping someone had something they have used and would recommend
Thanks
Thanks

I made a lamb ham appetizer, and the sauce is a good Dijon mixed with the same amount (or up to twice the amount) of heavy cream.
It's simple and fantastic. Give it a shot. You can add dill too.ed egli avea del cul fatto trombetta -Dante -
