Do you smoke fish in your egg? I live on St. George Island and do get the occasional mullet and mackerel, which are good smoked, as well as other fish which we grill.

My post really got great response. I am blown away not only by the number of responses, but by the great information. Sounds like I could get a mini, small, medium, large or XL and be totally happy with any or all.
