Easy Whole Chicken Recipe Need Tonight

Hi All,
I would like to start by saying thanks for all your help. I have cooked on the egg every night for two weeks. I purchased a plate setter and other needed extras. The food is so good that I burnt the baby back ribs badly and they were all eaten. The Pork Loin was so moist you could ring it out. Well I have a chicken stand and a whole chicken, I would like a simple recipe to use tonight to cook this. Any assistance would be wonderful. Thanks Mark

beer butt chicken. .. .if you can get a beer can into your chicken holder great. .. .if not, cut the top off of an empty can, then fill it full of beer plus a tablespoon of the same rub you are putting on the bird (dizzy pig tsunami spin is fantastic for this). ...rub the bird with olive oil, then your rub, stick the can up its butt so the chicken can stand on the can and drumsticks like a tripod. . .set up your egg at 325 indirect grid over inverted plate setter. .. .stick the chicken on the grid (you can put a drip pan on the plate setter if you want to).. . .and roast till done, about 1 1/2 hours. .. best chicken you'll ever eat!! . .
