Can anyone give me some pointers on doing a turducken in the BGE?
- How long to cook?
- When do you add the pecan chips?
- I assume I would use the indirect heat dish?

Mark,[p]Not sure where you are getting yours from but, I followed the instructions that came with mine from the Cajun Specialty Meat market here in Marietta, GA.[p]Everything turned out great with nothing more than my wireless attached for about 5 hours.[p]B o B
