ok, you guys are driving me nuts. . . ssn686, jake 42, fishlessman, all your pizzas looks so great...and i know there are many more that i've seen over time (tonia, wess, nature boy, etc.) . .anybody who has a pizza pic, lets see them here, all together, for all to see. . ..i don't have any as my pizza attempts to date have bee OK, but not worthy of a photo. . .so let me enjoy pizza cravings through all of you fine efforts. . .[p]thanks[p]max

Not sure if I posted this one, but here is a white chicken spinach pizza on Mr. Hyde's dough that was real good. I gotta do this again sometime! Hmm....maybe tonight.[p]Nothing like closed schools, and not even a dusting of snow on the roads yet. This place is crazy!

nice looking pie buddy....see, i gotta take some time to do more pizzas. . .i have a great source for pie dough right in arlington, i just don't always think about it. . .[p]yep, the twerps are all outa school.. no snow at my place or here in mclean yet. . .just a little wet stuff. . .sure glad we all went into panic mode today (although, this is probably better than sending them off to school, then getting hammered, and they can't get home in a safe manner). .. [p]sydney is looking forward to class on saturday. ..you guys should have a great time. .

Yo Max,
We really dug the white sauce I made. Basically sauteed some oanyun and shrooms, then made a kinda roux, and added chicken broth and reduced. Was a real nice change of pace for a pizza, and all food groups were represented! [p]Qfan wuz tellin me his daughter has not had a snow day in 3 years.....and that's in Canada!! My guess is she has made it home okay in the snow. Why can't we? This is a great place to be a kid![p]Looking forward to Saturday as well. Hatch and I will be there with bells on, and an empty stomach!

I just saw that same recipe in an old copy of Cooking Light. How was it? Any tips not mentioned in the recipe? I was thinking of giving it a try since I just got some white truffle oil.

Smoked Signals,[p]Thanks!!! The top pizza is a chicken margarita that I made at Eggfest last year. It has sauce (I use Don Peppinos a lot, almost as good as homemade), grilled chicken, fresh or buffalo mozzarella and fresh basil added near the end. It's a favorite around my house along with the stromboli in the next pic. It is good without the chicken as well.[p]Chuck
