As those of you who inquired about our basting sauce this weekend at OKC, it was KECK's Grilling Sauce made here in Northwest Arkansas.
I can be purchased by calling- Patty Keck 479-659-4162
its around $7.50 a bottle plus shipping. BE SURE TO TELL THEM YOU SAW IT AT EGGFEST!!!

The pork from our meatballs- (we were in the NAPA tent near the classes being taught) is homegrown, grain fed -
If you would like to inquire for some, call Maria Westrick 479-644-7313 cell or home 479-298-3531.
You can also call the meat processor that takes care of all her pigs to inquire about the quality of pigs she raises... SW City Processing- 417 762 3515.

Will you share the meatball recipe???

1.5 lbs pork sausage
cilantro chopped.. to taste
1/2 c of bread crumbs, you may need more depending on how you want the consistency
1 egg
1/3 to 1/2 c milk
small yellow onion chopped- to taste
fresh chopped garlic- to taste
dash of salt and pepper
Cheese 1/2 c , I use mario batali 4 cheese blend from SAMS club.. you can use Parmesan..
400 degrees for about 20 minutes. -
