I got the egg going with pecan smoked potatoes and when their done I'll kick it up to Trex 3 steaks. Also got the horizontal smoker going with a side of pork cold smoking with cherry, maple and hickory sawdust. I come in the house to check the forum and my wife says that she likes the smoky smell on me............ What does this mean when a woman says that? Is it the BBQ she's thinking about or me?
