Raging River kicked these ABTs up a YUMMY notch

<p />I have to admit I love the resulting taste of plain Jane ABTs, but today I eggperimented. After misting them in the raw state with bottled water in a Misto I then dusted them lightly with Nature Boy's Raging River rub. I then smoked them indirect on a raised grill and used cherry wood chips. Took about 1 hour at 275 to 290.
Note the count is an odd 11 - guess who had to sample the result!!!And boy was it GREAT!
These are horsd'oeuvres for tonight which will be followed with T-Rexed aged New York strips plus lobster tails for a kicker. Wine choice is Cabernet Sauvignon.
