Stuffed pork loin

Stuffed a 3lb pork loin with spinach, peppers, mushrooms, garlic, my own canadian bacon, and feta cheese. All wrapped in bacon. Turned out awesome, was very delicious! Even my wife enjoyed. When I was preparing this she looked at me like I was crazy. :woohoo: Sorry, only the plated picture.
