Mrs. PepperMonkey's birthday is tomorrow but we'll be out of town ... so tonight we did an early birthday dinner. Mahi Mahi, colorful cauliflower, and cedar planked fresh green beans with blue cheese.

Plated with some diced and roasted red pepper and a drizzle of olive oil, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro. GREAT meal!
