Which should I put on top. I have a adjustable rig with sliders. Just looking for tips.
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.

    You will not hurt anything since you are BBQing the beef. If you had the beef on top in might give the ribs a strange taste from the drippings.
  • ribs, because they take less time and you'll be flipping them more often (that's my story and I'm sticking to it)
