After my Turkey was cooked I threw on a turkey neck and some Hickory, turned the temp down and smoked it. Now what do I do with it

Get some smoked sausage and make some turkey sausage gumbo.

Soup or beans or black eyed peas. Whatever you'd use a ham hock in.

I like the pulled meat from it.Salado TX & 30A FL: Egg Family: 3 Large and a very well used Mini, added a Mini Max when they came out (I'm good for now). Plus a couple Pit Boss Pellet Smokers.

Cooking Tips
If the turkey necks are cooked in a pressure cooker before grilling, the meat will be far more tender. Wise One

A lot of good ideas already but consider using it for turkey stock. For me personally, making stocks is one of my favorite things to do in the kitchen. I picked up a pressure cooker before the holidays and have made amazing stocks in less than an hour. I'm sure you could thicken up that smoked turkey stock into a gravy that would be killer!

Thanks all, It's still in the fridg wrapped in foil. Soup is already made and looks good. The dog would love it but can't have. Will just pick away at it and throw the next one into the soup pot.
