Rainy Day Burger

Another grey, rainy day in western Washington, although the official temperature got up to 55F. Woo hoo, sweat glands are getting a work out now. 
So I thought I would have burgers for diner and in hopes of getting warm, I thought I might mix some chopped up cheese and jalapeño into a pound of ground beef. Unfortunately, the jalapeño was like our weather, cool and not a lot of flavor, but other than that, the burger was wonderful.
