skewered, raised grill at 400, or skewered, seared at 700, wrap in foil. they are only about .25 inches thick. or would it be best to cook in a wok with hot sesame oil

fishlessman,[p]I'd grill them very hot and very fast and serve them while they're hot.[p]Frying them up in sesame oil sounds good, too..... either way I don't think you can go wrong. Cheers![p]John

how about the best of both worlds, coat them good with sesame oil, some chilis or rub, then grill em up hot and very fast. .. .

thats kinda what i was leaning towards, the sesame oil i have is a hot spicey variety, lots a heat
