Thanks to everyone who give me a hand with my first rack of ribs on the egg. I rubbed them with Billy Bones rub, cooked them over hickory at 260 degrees and put a bottle of Corona beer in the drip pan. About 2 hours later I pulled everything off and then slathered them with BBQ sauce and cranked up the egg to 450 degrees for about 15 minutes per side.

Funny thing is that my friend that was with me when we picked up the lump is referred to by basically everyone he has met more than once as Uncle Phil.[p]I was freaking out when I saw the first post under that name thinking it was him, then I read the profile.[p]Small peculiar world we live in...lol.
