Care to share time and temp on them there thighs? Direct/indirect, raised grid, etc...

Crab leg,[p]It's an old pic and I really don't remember too much about it. I can say that since there is a split breast in the middle they were done direct. There is a rasberry chipotle glaze on them and they were cooked outdoors, that's all I can say with any certainty. [p]Rick

Hey Seth![p]Rick doesn't cook on an egg.... tho he wished he did.
If he were to cook on one, he might suggest cooking them direct on a raised grid at 250 - 275 grate temp for about 2 hours.
The last 20 minutes or so you could pump up the heat to crisp the skin.
Thighs are a favorite here because they're cheap, flavorful and easy to cook.

Crab leg, I usually go indirect with platesetter and drip pan at 325 dome temp for 2 to 2.5 hrs cranking it up to 400 or 450 at the end for a bit till the skin is crispy enough for my liking then sauce um up for few minutes ande you'll be chowin down. Peace...
