I am cooking meatloaf tonight per Qbabe's recipe. It says 1.5 hours at 350. Given that different eggs are different, what internal temp should I be looking for on a mixture of 2 parts ground beef and 1 part ground pork?[p]Thanks!

Trouble,[p]160°F is the safe temp for ground meat products. I like a little firmer meatloaf so I cook mine to ~165+. [p]Steve-B

Trouble,
I do 3 different meatloaf recipes and pull all of them at 160° internal. HTH

Trouble,
Great! Thanks, guys.

Trouble,
The important thing with meat loafs on the grill is to use a wire meat loaf basket above a drip pan to reduce your fat and promote complete browning and smoking, if desired, of the entire loaf.
