<p />It's been a while since I've posted, but I have been lurking. I finally had the opportunity to crank up one of the Eggs tonight, and man have I been missing it. I tried something a little different on these pork chops - had them cut 1.75" thick, then, to my normal rub of salt & pepper & now turbinado sugar, I also added Hungarian paprika and allspice - Yum City, my friends! The chops were great, although this picture is totally out of balance with the salad dwarfing the chop.
