Back in the early '70s I used to eat at a restaurant that served buffalo burgers. I found a meat shop near that has buffalo burger meat for sale, in patties. They mix it with a bit of bacon and, as I discovered, a good amount of spicy pepper.

The egg did fine by the burgers, though it was too spicy for my wife. Then again, she is from Philly, and she grew up eating fat and carbs for food.

Next time, no spice.

I have heard great reviews on ground Bison Burgers.I remember when Beefalo was a craze.Guess it all depends on what is mixed in with it.

Buffalo is a nice change of pace, can't get fresh around here anymore though, used to have a store that sold it but they went out of business. Now just frozen.
I raise my kids, cook and golf.  When work gets in the way I'm pissed, I'm pissed off 48 weeks a year.
Inbetween Iowa and Colorado, not close to anything remotely entertaining outside of football season.
