Loren got this organic chicken, smaller is better?? decided to give it a try today...

Rubbed with EVOO, Richard's Indian River Pixie Dust,an International Blend of savory spices including Cayenne, Paprika, Salt, Dry Mustard, Garlic Powder, Chipotle Chili, Black Pepper & Sugar, Fired The Large up to 350*, direct except for the pyrex with Lea Perrins Worcestershire Sauce & water. Breast at 150* & thigh around 170* and not butt up :woohoo:

No hormones, no antibiotics It was quite good, actually tasted to me pretty much the same as any artificially fattened chick... :ohmy: what do you think?
