I have 2 ducks, 1 pheasant, and 9 quail. Anybody got any ideas on how to prepare them tommorrow? TIA

FlatEric,
Each of the birds mentioned have different fat content & size. While each person has their own comfort level while cooking, I personally would not attempt a cook of all of them together.[p]Of the 3 mentioned, I have only cooked quail on my egg, method similar cornish game hens... rub with olive oil and lightly sprinkle with salt, pepper, garlic powder & paprika. Cook at 350 dome with little smoke. I pull them when the meat is 176 and wrap in aluminum foil for 10-15 minutes to allow juices & temps to settle.[p]Best of luck and let us know what you decide, please![p]Banker John
