Thanks to all who helped tonight. The food was very good and I guess I will have to practice again tomorrow! I am not sure how to get pictures to the site yet, so I posted them on my own site.

    Your pictures look great and I hope the chickem tasted the same. I just wanted to suggest that you replace the BGE Themometer with a Tel-Tru model. The numbers are easier to read and it is supposed to much more accurate. The model I got for my egg is LT225R from web page http://www.teltru.com/barbecue.asp
    just scroll down and you will see the Big Green Egg listed. I learned about these by reading the BGE forum prior to my getting the egg. Anyway Happy Egging.[p]Retired Railroader
