Pizzle,[p]A clarification is in order. Pork or beef? The title says one thing, the body says another. I'm assuming pork, since most people wouldn't stuff a beef tenderloin (I don't think!?).[p]When I do Mr. Toad's stuffed loin (yes, I've also used a tenderloin) I don't use a rub. Just wrap with bacon.
