Agreed. My order had a nice note and a few extras (stickers, pins, sample packs, etc) thrown in cuz my son ordered for me from a 1000 miles away.

yes! That's what I miss about not ordering direct anymore, but since my dealer now carries the whole line of DP I figure buying it here benefits both my dealer and Chris financially.
