The Auto Temp Control Is Broken On My Egg

Meaning I had trouble controling the temp, all me. It reminds me of the wood stove I once used to heat my house. But with practice I will get it right. The salmon came out great, I have never had salmon that moist and tasty. The steak was dry and over cooked. It was however my first time and I cooked in the dark with a flash light. Temp control will be the issue. Thanks for you help so far it helps to have you all behind me. Mark[p][p]
