Outdoor "tool chest"

I am having a table made for Med and Mini. This will be angled to fit in a corner with a storage cabinet in the center. I want a tool chest, but I understand they will rust. What if three sides were enclosed and I dropped a tarp in front when not in use. Or, what would you suggest for drawers that can stay outside?

    Would diamond plate be too flashy? No rust at least with that but might not be the look you are going for. I would think that any type of moisture that would get on a standard tool box, powder coated, over time would rust but can't say for sure.
