After months of research and following the EggHead Forum, I have finally made the purchase and welcomed home my new BGE XL! Thank you for all the posts, recipes, and photos. I'm looking forward to years of great outdoor cooking and plenty of tips from expert EggHeads!

    First cook - broke it in this evening with some ribeyes for the family. They turned out well, but still some learning in store for me. (including learning how to post pictures)

    Good job. This takes time and like everything it has a learning curve to some degree. Keep reading the forum and ask questions.
