WooDoggies,[p]i am going to try the Indian Lamb on Friday. Got the chunks marinating as we speak. I didn't have lemon so I used a little lime. I also added some Cardomone spice and crushed red peps. I plan on making some Tsikie (spelling? chilled cucumber, garlic and yogurt sauce) and put the lamb, sauce, and chopped tomatoes on a pita.
then chow! [p]Question: What dome temp did you cook at?[p]Thanks!

JerseyMatt,[p]Your combination of flavors and textures sounds really, really good.
We grilled the lamb around 350... maybe a little hotter and turned them when they brown.[p]Good luck!
