i came across a recipe for this the other day and was wondering if anyone has tried it.it translates out to "rotten pot". basically a broth with lots of meat, sausages, pork butt brisket chicken etc, with some chickpeas andcabbage and assorted veggies. cooked in an earthen pot, a bean pot would work, every thing is separated and served in courses. the broth gets some noodles and is served as a soup etc.was thinking that if i cut off a little of each meat i cook over the next few weeks and freeze, i would have the fixins

you can lead a fish to water but you can not make him drink it
