jake42, Those are very good indeed.[p]I also make crispy wings but I cook indirect on the BGE using a plate setter with drip pan. You can use your favorite marinade or add herbs & spices (or rub) to the cheese instead of using Mrs. Dog's Jamaican Jerk Marinade. (The oil helps the cheese stick to the meat).[p]Bone appétit!
