abt with housin sauced ribs

<p />i heavily coated some rib scraps with housin sauce this weekend, last night made abt's. rib, pepperjack cheese, cream cheese and some cowlick (all out of all the other dizzypig rubs). my best abt's to date, direct raised grid, 325 for 35 min.

    Those look tastey, I think I might stop at the market and grab 1/2 dozen peppers. I have some shrimp I can dice up, that'll go good with some of the leftover lobster bisque from Saturday. Either these or Woo's mushrooms...or maybe the potato thingy Mad Max made. [p]Man, there is just too much good food on here lately!
