country ham

Ricky, If it's a true salt cured country ham I personally would not cook it on the Egg. It's too good sliced and fried in a skillet and then put on a biscuit to change it. Just me cause I love real country ham biscuits. Good cooked in butter beans too.

sigmore,[p]He could fry it using an iron skillet in the Egg. Best of both worlds!
-
KevinH, Or the beans in a dutch oven with the ham! Duh on me.
-
sigmore,[p]Or back to your original suggestion: He could bake the biscuits on the BGE. Few things are better than country ham on a freshly-baked biscuit!
