I have the privilege of cooking for my daughter's birthday party. Any advice, directions, tips would be greatly appreciated.[p]Bill in SoCal

BillyV,[p]I did 3 for Chrismas dinner this year and they turned out fantastic. I marinated overnight 1 with a mixture of red wine, rw vinegar, garlic, rosmary, and worschesire sauce. The others I rubbed heavily with Dizzy Pig cow lick and Red Eye express. I got the egg crankin' and seared them all. Then brought the temperature down to about 350-400 and finished at 130 for medium rare. Let em rest 10-15 min. and slice thin on the bias starting at the corner.[p]Good Luck,[p]Bullet
