Double Deck Grill ??
Today I want to cook Chicken leg quarters. History has told me I can cook about 10 pounds at a time in a single layer (Low & slow--215 degrees for approx 2 hours.[p]How can I cook TWO layers (total of 20 pounds to feed a larger group) AT ONE TIME--and still turn them every 15 or 30 minutes? Any Suggestions?

T-Bone,
I bought 3 cheap Weber 18" grills and use them. Think about it.

Sundown,
How do you separate the two "cooking" grills? I assume you hold two together and flip as a unit?

You'll have to rotate the chix but you'll get a lot more done at the same time.

If you go to
