Flap Steak
We have this meat refered to as Flap Steak. We'll marinate in sweet soy and other spices then grill. Any suggestions on griling methods for this cut? We usually grill it high then let it dwell for a while.

bk,[p]I've never heard of "flap steak." Do you know where it is cut from? How thick is it? How much fat does it have? The latter two items will help determine how it should be cooked.[p]TRex
