Second small cook. Bad pics, but good meal!

Last night I did a great ribeye on the new small but had no pics since the camera was out of town with the dog and wife. I know that "no pic means it didn't happen" :(. so tonight I bring you terrible pics because the lens on my iPhone is scratched to hell and the camera is still out of town (with dog and wife).
Started with a pretty nice size veal chop rubbed with cow lick seasoning


Did a good sear,cut the heat back and added my squash seasoned with evoo and shakin' the tree

Added a potato I had cooked earlier.

Starting to like the small , but will fire up the large tomorrow for another try at a brisket

That's a beautiful meal! I have never seen a veal chop like that before...kind of a caveman shape!

I love the Small, have used it far more than the Large. With extra grids you can pack a lot into it.
