Chicken "wings" with Buffalo Parmesan Garlic Sauce

I use drumsticks instead of wings, it is a longer cook time but the smokey flavour is intense. I marinade the drumsticks in a bbq rub for 24 hours.

Place drumsticks on the egg at 350 for 1 - 1.25 hours

While drumsticks are cooking make the sauce, tonights is a buffalo garlic parmesan sauce

Toss hot wings in sauce
Serve with blue cheese and ENJOY!!

That would be the BGE 3 Tier Racks - http://www.biggreenegg.com/whatsnew.html I have one and it works great, except I can't put too much on top as it interferes with thermometer on my Large.Dave

I purchased mine from the local dealer and it was around $100. I have never had a problem with the temp. Really like it so that you can put different items on, and of course almost triple he space when cooking smaller portions
