goldencoop,[p]Try putting the picnic on at 8 or 9 pm Sat around a 230 - 250 grate temp with an indirect setup.
That should give you enough time to cook and cooler it before serving. [p]John

goldencoop,
Did one two weeks ago. In at about 8 pm saturday, pulled around 9:30 Sunday. Guru kept it at about 240. In the cooler for a few hours. Dogs sat in the fresh snow and enjoyed the bone but I'll have to say they didn't have any meat on it cause it all fell off.
