apple smoked meatballs

These were pretty good! 
Started with ground sirloin, eggs, day old bread, some beer, s/p, butt rub, and herbs de providence.....balled 'em up...
Added some apple wood at 350F for about 45 min...
Mixed up a spaghetti sauce, and added cream cheese, and fresh basil..
Served it over some penne...
Pretty good meal! Will freeze the rest of the balls for some Bamba meatball sandwiches for next week-

I love meatballs on the egg and yours look great.Which came first the chicken or the egg? I egged the chicken and then I ate his leg.
