my wings and ribs were good. . .never did do the beef shish ka bobs, but i think i'll make them for dinner tonight... .

<p />mad max beyond eggdome,[p]I guess pretty good, I made 6, cut in half went to get wings and got 1/2 of one. Talk about going fast. Followed your recipe to the t with the exception of adding a little more mayo and it was a huge hit. Didn't get pics.
Jamcian Firewalk wings (Chef Rd style, no need to even comment).[p]Pulled pork was best I've ever cooked. Others have been a little greasy, not this time. Great practice for my June cook.[p][p]Those crab cakes are flat out addicting. Already picked up stuff for this weekend. I have to use Millers Select Large Lump in a can. I don't have an ocean a few miles away. LOL[p]Mike

you should read the cans carefully. . .even here, within rock throwing distance of the chesapeake bay, we get crab meat from all over the world, lousiana, the philipines, indonesia, etc. . .and what's really tricky, one of the biggest chesapeake area names, "Phillips" sells crab meat from all over the world under its label, so you have to read carefully. . .actually, the lump crab meat from indonesia is nice and big and has great flavor. ..i'm not sure if i was blindfolded that i could tell the difference between the 10 buck a pound indonesian crab and the 25 buck a pound chesapeake bay blue crabs. . .so go for it! . . yep, you did good. . .i just looked at their website. ..as suspected, their crab meat comes from thailand. .. nothin wrong with that....and their prices are pretty darn good...
