No more lurking around

I finally decided to stop lurking around this forum and jump in. I picked up a large egg last spring and through this forum I have been able to smoke pork butts and ribs that my family is still talking about today. All my thanks to everyone on this site and your willingness to share. Thank you very much. One last note, I cooked wings this past weekend for the football crowd using Dizzy's Firewalk...it's good to be the King.
