Any other Eggheads belong to Toastmasters? I've been in Toastmasters for a few years and believe it's the best education around. Leadership and Communication skills are the golden bullets on a resume.

I did it for a couple years.  When I was finally chosen to be the week's "leader", I put a lot of effort into preparing the program and one guy ripped me a new one, up and down, violently.  WTFF.
I get that at my job, don't need to "volunteer" for it.  Never went back.

I did it for 2 years. Definitely a great model for training people how to speak in public. I kind of want to start it up again, but I just don't feel like preparing anymore speeches.
