Fatback,[p]All your pictures are just wonderful and I can tell that you are an experienced cook. I would also like to thank you for not loading up a note with several pictures at a time as it locks up my dial up connection.     Old Dave,[p]If you have the opportunity in your neck of the woods, go high speed internet. You will never go back. After seeing Mr. Fatbacks pictures, I went straight to "Humpty", fired him or her up and getting ready to do a turkey breast for the super bowl. Sweet potato suffle (sp)and turnip greens to accompany. By the way, breast has been brining in fresh apple cider and kosher salt overnight. Plan to rub down with olive oil, salt and pepper. Will smoke with pecan chips, 325 indirect to internal of 160 to 163. Whoa, I can hardly wait. Drip pan will hold the remainder of the apple cider. Should take approx. 3 hours.[p]Caney[p]
