    FatBack,[p]Did you use corned beef or did you corn the brisket? Sure looks great but I don't get the pink meat all the way thru like yours unless I corn it and was wondering just how you did it?[p]Dave

    Old Dave, Actually I layed just a ton of smoke on that particular brisket and it was overcooked. It was alright but not my best. My recent purchase of a BBQ Guru should get me to bbq brisket perfection. Peace...
