<p />Eggfood with a twist. Egged chicken breast, tomatoes, roasted garlic, and mushrooms. Tossed with butter and broccoli florets, stirred in linguine and a little fresh shredded parmesan cheese.
Very simple but very tasty.

Chef Wil,[p]That looks really good, did you egg the tomatoes, garlic, and mushrooms? if so how did you go about it? the chicken is obvious but i'm a little stumped on the others.[p]Scott

I assume that you only egged the breast & stir fried everything else ??

Chef Arnoldi,
Egged the Chicken, mushrooms, roasted the garlic a little, and cooked the tomatoes on the egg. The broccoli was stir fried in. Thanks for the compliment Chef.

roast the garlic whole but I do mine a little under done not to have garlic mush.[p]tomatoes and mushroom were dipped in butter then cooked on an iron griddle. Then after they are done I rough cut tomatoes and sliced mushrooms.[p]Linguine was boiled........hehehehe[p]Stir fry broccoli and toss everything together.

Chef Wil:[p]That really looked good. Have you considered grilling the tomatoes and mushrooms? Or do you think it would take away from the overall taste of the dish?
