My O My! Chili Recipe Modification

O My Goodness! As I was just now eating my last spoonful of chili....I realized that I had made a terrible omission to the recipe previously posted. Forgive me Mother...but to make up the for the required moisture, I use a bottle of very strong beer, yes...BEER, there, I've said it. I use BEER in my chili (not really good beer, mind you). But, Man...does it add to the flavor.[p]As a footnote....my Mom would never have expected any less from me.[p]Mike
