Cooking a 4lb pork roast on the egg this evening....someone suggested smoking with apple wood chips. Is this a good suggestion, and if so, how long to soak and how many handfuls? Thanks!

CajunSmoker,
It's a great suggestion! It's great with pork.[p]I use 2 handfuls soaked in warm water for 1 hour... but I have switched to chunks which I like a lot better because you don't have to soak them, and it's easy to just add 1 or 2 nice size chunks. [p]enjoy,
