I don't personally enjoy Memphis BBQ but there is one good dish that I love to make from this town.......Pulled Pork Nachos.[p]I don't know if anyone has tried it....but I will share.[p]Arrange corn tortilla chips on a plate....don't pile to high[p]Put your pulled pork on top of the chips....not too heavy[p]Sprinkle your favorite rub[p]Pour on top your favorite BBQ sauce.....heat up before pouring[p]Then pour on the melted cheese........velveta or other[p]Last add Jalepeno slices.[p]It is a family favorite and keeps me making piles of pulled pork.[p]Enjoy..........bigarms[p]
